Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. By ordering a Launch Audit, you agree to these terms.
The service
The Comprehensive Launch Audit is a one-time review of a single website, performed entirely from outside the site using publicly available information. You provide your website address at checkout; no account access, login, or password is required or requested. The audit covers around 60 checks across every page of the site and is delivered as a written report by email, including for each finding: the evidence, the business impact in plain English, step-by-step fix instructions tailored to your website platform where identifiable, an effort estimate, and a priority roadmap.
Delivery
Your report is delivered within 24 hours of payment clearing, provided we have a valid website address. If we are unable to complete your audit — for example, if the site is unreachable or is not a public business website — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Recheck
Each audit includes one free recheck: on your request within 30 days of report delivery, we re-run the full check and send a delta report showing what has been fixed, what remains open, and anything new. One recheck per audit; rechecks are not transferable to a different website.
Refunds
- If we cannot complete your audit, you receive a full refund.
- Once a completed report has been delivered as described in these terms, the sale is final — a delivered digital report can’t be returned. The included 30-day recheck is your confirmation that fixes worked.
- If you believe something in your report is factually wrong, contact us: we will re-verify the finding and correct the report if we made an error.
What the audit is not
The audit is a setup and presentation review. It is not a WCAG or accessibility compliance certification, not a security audit or penetration test, and not legal, tax, or professional compliance advice. It includes no guarantee of search-engine rankings, traffic, or sales — it identifies and explains fixable setup issues; results depend on factors outside our control. Optional hands-on fixing, if later purchased, is quoted and agreed separately and is not part of the audit.
Your responsibilities
You confirm the website you submit is yours or one you’re authorized to have reviewed. Fix instructions are provided for guidance; you (or your developer) remain responsible for changes you make to your own site, and we recommend keeping backups before editing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pally Studio’s total liability arising from an audit is capped at the fee you paid for that audit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to your audit. Questions: hello@pallystudio.com.
