Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, and the website URL you enter at checkout — the minimum needed to run your audit and send your report.
- Queue signups: if you join the waitlist on our order page, your email address and website URL, used only to contact you about availability.
- Visit counts: anonymous page-view statistics for this website. No cookies, no individual visitor profiles.
- Your audit: findings about your website. Our checks use only publicly available information about your site.
- Emails: messages you send us, so we can answer them and honor your 30-day recheck.
What we never see
Your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details go to Stripe directly and are never seen, received, or stored by Pally Studio.
How we use it
To deliver your audit and recheck, answer your questions, and follow up about your own report (for example, a reminder before your recheck window closes). That’s all.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information. Ever.
- We don’t share it with third parties except the services that make the business run (Stripe for payment, our email provider for delivery).
- This website runs no advertising trackers and sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We never ask for your website password or account logins — the audit doesn’t need them.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your order details and report so we can support you and honor the included recheck. Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@pallystudio.com and we’ll take care of it.
